To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:- What you’re trying to do: Explain your goal (e.g., “I’m trying to generate an invoice for a client” or “I’m setting up recurring billing”).
- What’s going wrong: Describe the issue clearly (e.g., “The invoice won’t save, and I see an error message” or “The billing page freezes”).
- Any error messages: Copy the exact error message, if applicable.

- Attach a Screenshot (if applicable) - If you encounter an error message or unexpected behavior, include a screenshot to help us understand the issue.
- How to take a screenshot: - Windows: Press PrtScn (or Windows + Shift + S for a specific area), paste the image into a tool like Paint or Word, and save it as a .jpg or .png file.
- Mac: Press Shift + Command + 3 for a full screenshot or Shift + Command + 4 for a selected area. The screenshot saves to your desktop.
- Mobile: Use your device’s screenshot feature (e.g., press Power + Volume Down on most Android devices or Power + Home on iPhones).

- Upload the screenshot in the ticket form by clicking the “Attach File” or “Upload Image” button.
- Add a brief note explaining what the screenshot shows (e.g., “This is the error I see when I try to save the invoice”).

- Submit the Ticket
- Review your details to ensure they’re clear and complete.
- Click “Submit” or “Send Ticket.”
- Didn’t see the Support section? Ensure you’re logged into the correct account or check the sidebar menu.
- No error message? Describe what you expected to happen versus what actually happened (e.g., “I expected the invoice to download, but the button does nothing”).
- Trouble uploading a screenshot? Ensure the file is in a supported format (.jpg, .png) and under the size limit (usually 5MB). Try resizing the image using a tool like Paint or Preview if needed.
